On Thursday, March 11, officers of the so-called police of the occupied Crimea visited the chairman of the Sudak Regional Mejlis Ilver Ametov. They tried to hand the activist a summons to the Center for Countering Extremism. First Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Nariman Dzhelal reported this via his Facebook page.

“He said that the police were interested in the activities of the regional Mejlis. They recalled the ban on the Mejlis in the Russian Federation. And they asked if he finances its activities”,- the message said.

In addition, at the moment, the administration of Sudak has filed a lawsuit to demolish the cafe, which belongs to Ametov.
