In the occupied Crimea, forest plots are illegally used for subsoil use

The so-called Prosecutor’s Office of the occupied Crimea found that two business entities illegally use forest plots for the purpose of subsoil use on the territory of the Starokrymske forestry. The perpetrators were fined in the total amount of 450 thousand rubles. This was reported by the press service of the department.

“It has been established that two business entities use forest plots for subsoil use on the territory of the Starokrymske forestry, however, in violation of the requirements of the legislation, the right to use has not been formalized. In addition, the prosecutor initiated an administrative offense against legal and responsible officials under Article 7.9 of the Administrative Code of the RF (unauthorized occupation of forest areas)”,- the message says.

It is noted that the perpetrators were brought to administrative responsibility with the imposition of penalties in the form of administrative fines in the total amount of 450 thousand rubles.
