The occupants refused to declassify the hidden witness in the so-called case of Ruslan Bekirov, who was accused of giving false testimony despite the fact that he left the territory of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity public association.
“He is not under state protection and, moreover, he left the territory of the Russian Federation. But the court still did not satisfy my request for declassification”,- lawyer Emil Kurbedinov said.
We remind that on June 11, Russian security officials in the village of Orlynoe, the occupied Crimea, detained the Crimean Tatar Ruslan Bekirov. A so-called case was opened against him under Part 1 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Giving false testimony) and released him from the FSB building on recognizance not to leave.
