From 22 to 24 January, the so-called judge of the Lenin District Court of the occupied Sevastopol, Andrei Grachev, found 12 activists guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the RF Code due to participation in an action in support of the Russian opposition leader Aleksei Navalny. This was reported on the website of the so-called court.
– Volodymyr Grechyshkyn was sentenced to compulsory work for a period of 20 (twenty) hours.
– Viacheslav Nieievin was sentenced to administrative arrest for a period of 1 (one) day.
– Oleksandr Krytskyy, Oleksandr Baklytskyy were sentenced to administrative arrest for a term of 3 (three) days.
– Illia Zaika, Artem Lukashov, Serhii Lukashov, Anastasiia Lukashenko, Maksym Bychkov were sentenced to administrative arrest for a term of 5 (five) days.
– Andrii Kravtsov, Maksym Rozum were sentenced to administrative punishment in the form of administrative arrest for a period of 7 (seven) days.
– It is known that Dmytry Brazhnykov was also ordered to be imposed a punishment under Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
