A lawyer Emil Kurbedinov said: "They "eliminated "Emir-Huseyn Kuku, because he is an observer of  the Crimean Contact Group on Human Rights. Human rights defenders,muslims and activists face  harassment.  Crimean Muslims have been primary targets of systematic mass repression".<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Muslim Aliev: "I continue to declare that suspecting me in terrorist activities, search and arrest are illegal. The court's decision on my detention is considered by me as moral and psychological pressure".<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Emil Kurbedinov, lawyer (about the "case" of Vadim Siruk): "There were only words of investigation and suggestions, but no evidence was provided".<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Abdureshit Dzhepparov, coordinator of the Crimean Contact Group on Human Rights: "These are repressions against Crimean Muslims and Crimean Tatars. These are the  measures of intimidation and suppression".<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\nNatalia Bekirova, wife of the political prisoner, about a search in the house: "We were separated – the children were in one room, my husband and I – in the other. He was immediately handcuffed, shown the search warrant –  they're looking for weapons, ammunition and literature  that is prohibited in Russia".<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\nIt should be reminded that the afore mentioned political prisoners are accused of involvement in the activities of the organization "Hizb ut-Tahrir", banned on the territory of the Russian Federation. They are charged with Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("organization of activities of a terrorist organization and participation in it"). Later they were imputed art. 278 of the Criminal Code ("Forcible seizure of power or forcible retention of power").<\/p>\n

On December 15, 2017,the figurants of  Yalta "Hizb ut-Tahrir case" Emir-Huseyn Kuku, Vadim Siruk, Muslim Aliev, Enver Bekirov, Arsen Dzepparov, Refat Alimov were illegally transfered  to Rostov-on-Don via Krasnodar.<\/p>\n

Earlier, the  Rostov-on-Don District Military Court at   Simferopol  court hearing extended the detention period  to the figurants of Yalta "Hizb ut-Tahrir case" until May 27, 2018.
