"This is a violation of international law: elections can not be held in the occupied territory, if our compatriots participate in elections, they will participate in criminal activities", – Bariev said, reports the website of Hromadske.TV  <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

According to a member of Mejlis, the elections of the president of Russia, set for the day of the annexation of Crimea on March18, violate even Russian legislation.<\/p>\n

"According to the definition of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the two terms of presidential authority are the constitutional limit. Putin should not have been registered as a candidate. This is a violation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation," he added.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

At the same time, Bariiev noted that those Crimean Tatars, who will boycott the voting in  the elections, will not influence the results in any way.
