After consideration of 6 complaints in the Supreme &quot;court&quot; of Crimea,&nbsp; 4&nbsp; were rejected,&nbsp; &nbsp;the fines imposed on two participants of one-person pickets were reduced&nbsp; from 15 to 10 thousand rubles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On February 5, the Supreme &#39;Court&quot; of Crimea rejected four appeals against fines imposed on participants of single pickets. On February 6, two more appeals were rejected.<br \/>\nOctober 14, representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people took part in one-man protests in different cities of Crimea. They urged the Russian authorities of the peninsula to stop repressions against the Crimean Tatars. More than 30 people were subjected to illegal detention then. Being fingerprinted, photographed, giving testimony and being deprived of posters all the detainees were released.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On December 18-19, the occupation courts in Crimea&nbsp; fined more than 70 Crimean Tatar activists for single picketsheld&nbsp; on October 14. Everyone was charged with Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia (&quot;Violation of &#8230; the procedure for holding &#8230; picketing&quot;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the monitoring performed by the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, in 2017 the Crimean occupation courts illegally fined about 104 people, mostly Crimean
