A criminal case has been opened against the man for \u201cpublic calls for terrorist activity\u201d and \u201cpropaganda of terrorism using the Internet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The FSB also noted that the detainee had previously served a two-year sentence under another politically motivated article &#8211; \u201crehabilitation of Nazism\u201d.
