\nThe Russian aggressor must be punished! But for this we need to collect maximum evidence and proof.<\/p>\n

While rf is relentlessly launching missile and drone strikes on the territory of Ukraine, killing civilians, children, destroying homes and violating human rights in the occupied territories – it is extremely important to record every such crime. It is this evidence that becomes the basis for future investigations and cases in international courts.<\/p>\n

We would like to remind you that the CTRC collects materials on human rights violations and war crimes committed by the Russian military against Ukrainian citizens on the territory of Ukraine, including indigenous peoples of Ukraine, for filing applications to the UN ICJ, ICC, ECHR and IPs’ ICJ. For this purpose, CTRC lawyers have created a special questionnaire for persons affected by the russian aggression in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
