Today, the occupation \u201cadministration\u201d continues to use toponymy as a tool of information warfare, destroying historical memory and trying to erase traces of the Crimean Tatar presence on the peninsula.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the campaign, the CTRC disseminates information about the real names of Crimean settlements, the history of their renaming and the manipulations used by Russian propaganda. For this purpose we use various media formats: infographics, videos, memes, tests and etc.<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\nThe Crimean Tatar Resource Center notes that the process of returning historical toponyms is complex and requires broad support from Ukrainian society and international partners.
