This was reported to the Crimean Solidarity by his lawyer Edem Semedlyayev, who represented Kiamilev during the drawing up of the report and in the court of first instance. This morning, the defense lawyer filed an appeal to the Supreme &#8220;court&#8221; of Crimea.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;I believe that the norms of administrative legislation were violated when the ruling was issued. The court incompletely and biasedly examined the case materials, which contain irreconcilable contradictions,&#8221; &#8211; Semedlyayev noted.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Among the main violations, the lawyer points out the absence of corpus delicti and the intention of Kiamilev to demonstrate extremist symbols.
