During the entire period of the Russian-Ukrainian war, Russia has added 18 Ukrainian organizations to the list of “undesirable”
\norganizations on its territory.<\/p>\n

\n5. Volodymyr Muntian Charitable Foundation “Renaissance”<\/div>\n
\n6. Spiritual center “Revival”<\/div>\n
\n7. CrimeaSOS<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
8. Educational\u00a0 human rights house\u00a0 Chernihiv<\/div>\n

\nThe Russian occupiers usually include in the list of “undesirable”
\norganizations that, in their opinion, pose a “threat to the security
\nof the state, its defense capability or the foundations of the
\nconstitutional order.” In particular, participation in the activities
\nof such organizations may result in administrative and criminal
\nliability: a fine of up to 15 thousand rubles or up to four years in
\nprison. Up to six years in prison is possible for financing or
\norganizing the activities of an “undesirable” organization.<\/p>\n

The occupiers can prosecute both those who are actively involved in such organizations and those who simply shared a post on social media.<\/p>\n

It should be reminded that in early February 2024, the CTRC was also recognized as an “undesirable” organization in the territory of the Russian Federation. In fact, this is a high appreciation of our work.<\/p><\/div>\n
