During his speech at the Third Parliamentary Summit of the Crimea
\nPlatform held on October 24 in Riga, President of Ukraine Volodymyr
\nZelensky said that after the successful implementation of Ukraine’s
\nvictory plan, it would be possible to see Russia at a peace summit.
\nAlso, according to him, the world will be able to observe the
\nimplementation of the Peace Formula.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen and if the victory plan is fully implemented, we will see Russia <\/em>at the peace summit. We will see the Peace Formula implemented, as <\/em>well as the full restoration of the effectiveness of the goals and <\/em>principles of the UN Charter,<\/em>\u201d -Zelensky said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky noted that the number of
\nstate flags in the hall where the third Parliamentary Summit is taking
\nplace now shows that since 2014 Russia has failed in its main goal –
\nto make such an international crime as the occupation of Crimea
\nacceptable to the world.<\/p>\n

The President also outlined the main components of the victory plan,
\nwhich include:<\/p>\n

1. Inviting Ukraine to join NATO;
\n2. Defense of Ukraine;
\n3. Deterring Russian aggression;
\n4. Economic cooperation;
\n5. Ensuring security.<\/p>\n

\u201cSuch words as occupation, captivity, <\/em>deportation should not have\u00a0 any power in the world . We must achieve real peace<\/em>,\u201d – emphasized the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy .<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Zelenskyy called on the summit participants to support these points in
