He was found guilty of high treason. This is reported by the \u2018Prosecutor&#8217;s office of the Republic of Crimea\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>During the \u2018trial\u2019 it was established that in September 2023 Kislyakov allegedly collected and transferred via messenger to a representative of the Main Directorate of intelligence of the Ministry of defence of Ukraine information about the location of air defence facilities of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation in Kerch.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018This data was accurate and could have been used by the Ukrainian side to launch a strike against the positions of Russian troops, which posed a threat to the security of the Russian Federation,\u2019 the Russians argued.<br \/>\nThe court supported the prosecution&#8217;s position and sentenced Kislyakov to 13 years&#8217; imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony with restriction of freedom for one year and six months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme \u2018court\u2019 of the Republic of Crimea has passed a verdict in the criminal case against Kerch resident Vladislav Kislyakov.
