We would like to remind that now according to the Crimean Tatar Resource Centre there are 356 political prisoners and those prosecuted in criminal \u2018cases\u2019 for the occupation period of Crimea, 222 of them are representatives of the Crimean Tatar people. \nAccording to the CTRC, this category consists of 5 subcategories depending on the status of the persecuted:<\/p>\n

– Sentenced and serve terms\u00a0 in colonies (165, 100 are Crimean Tatars);<\/p>\n

– Have restrictions or on probation (47, 24 – Crimean Tatars);<\/p>\n

– In pre-trial detention facilities (54, 36 – Crimean Tatars);<\/p>\n
