And Eskender Bariiev, Chairman of the Board of the CTRC, conducted a role-playing game \u2018Red&amp;Blue\u2019 aimed at the ability to negotiate.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018This game makes you realise that in this world everyone wins only when everyone stays on the \u2018pluses\u2019 and someone still wins. And if everyone stays with the \u2018minuses\u2019, then everyone loses.
