Thus, several members of the family find themselves in the custody of the FSB on charges in one and the same fabricated case.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Crimean Tatar Resource Centre, three brothers from the village of Chongar, Genichesk district of Kherson region &#8211; Arthur, Arsen and Ablyamed Memetshaev &#8211; were convicted by the occupation authorities for involvement in the battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan.<\/p>\n<p>Artur Memetshaev received 6.5 years in prison and is already serving his sentence in Mordovia.<\/p>\n<p>Arsen Memetshayev received 5 years of imprisonment and is serving his sentence in Lipetsk.<\/p>\n<p>Ablyamed Memetshaev received 5 years in prison and is serving his sentence in Dimitrovgrad.<\/p>\n<p>So, 3 searches, 3 criminal cases on criminal articles, 3 sentences?\u00a0 Isn\u2019t it too much repression for one family?<\/p>\n<p>The Crimean Tatar Resource Centre strongly protests and declares that this decision is illegal, politically motivated and criminal.
