This is reported by the Main Department of the SBU in Crimea.<\/p>\n<p>According to the materials of the case, Ablaev was engaged in the organization of mass events during which he tried to &#8220;recruit&#8221; Crimeans in the occupation army and repeatedly spoke on the air of the central Russian TV channels, where he supported the armed aggression of rf against Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The court found Ablaev guilty under:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>p. 3 of Article 436-2 (&#8220;Justification, recognition of legitimacy, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants&#8221;);<\/li>\n<li>p. 6 of Article 111-1 (&#8221; Collaboration activity&#8221;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The so-called &#8220;mufti&#8221; of Crimea, Emirali Ablaev, who called on Crimean Tatars to support the war, has been given a 12-year prison sentence in absentia.
