{"id":252316,"date":"2024-03-14T12:29:13","date_gmt":"2024-03-14T10:29:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ctrcenter.org\/the-future-of-crimea-legal-provision-and-recommendations-to-strategies"},"modified":"2024-03-14T12:29:13","modified_gmt":"2024-03-14T10:29:13","slug":"the-future-of-crimea-legal-provision-and-recommendations-to-strategies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ctrcenter.org\/en\/the-future-of-crimea-legal-provision-and-recommendations-to-strategies","title":{"rendered":"The Future of Crimea: Legal Provision and Recommendations to Strategies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Friends, we bring to your attention the Recommendations on the reintegration of Crimea &#8220;<b>The Future of Crimea: Legal Provision and Recommendations to Strategies<\/b>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>These recommendations were developed by the participants of the I Strategic Forum &#8220;The Future of Crimea&#8221;, which was held by the Crimean Tatar Resource Centre on 3-7 March 2023 with the support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The Forum was attended by 20 experienced experts, including 7 doctors of sciences in the field of politics, geography, pedagogy, economics, philosophy, public administration, as well as judges, executors of court decisions, lawyers, university professors, educators, environmentalists, who have lived on the peninsula, know the specifics of its population, economy, political processes, are recognised among the population of Crimea and worked on its development even before the occupation.<\/p>\n<p>The experts of the Strategic Forum &#8220;The Future of Crimea&#8221; analysed the legislation of Ukraine regarding the occupied Crimea, international and foreign legal acts posted in free access regarding the occupied territories.
