He was born in Berlin and studied law and French in Vienna, Edinburgh and Louvain-la-Neuve.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth noting that the main focus of the book was to determine the degree of (un)legality of the Russian Federation&#8217;s actions of occupation and attempted annexation of Crimea.
