The Russian occupiers usually include in the list of undesirable organizations that, in their opinion, pose a threat to the security of the state, its defense capability or the foundations of the constitutional order. In particular, participation in the activities of such organizations may result in administrative and criminal liability: a fine of up to 15 thousand rubles or up to four years in prison. You can get up to six years in prison for financing or organizing the activities of an undesirable organization.<\/p>\n
The occupiers can bring to justice both those who actively work in such organizations and those who simply spread the message on social networks.<\/p>\n
However, the recognition in early February of the activities of the “Crimean Tatar Resource Center” as undesirable is an assessment of our work. We are very pleased to be on the same list with authoritative organizations in Ukraine and around the world.<\/p>\n
