RIA N<span lang=\"EN-US\">ews<\/span>\u00a0Crimea reports this.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cThe Law of the Republic of Crimea of May 29,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2923\">2923<\/span>\u00a0already introduced changes to the law on measures of social support for certain categories of citizens, when we introduced additional measures for combatants and participants in a special military operation &#8211; this is a 50 percent discount on utility bills. The current bill provides for the extension of the same measures to members of their families\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0said the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The Russian authorities manipulate money on a constant basis: any benefits that are received from this state later become an instrument of oppression.
