The head of the department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ale<span lang=\"EN-US\">ksa<\/span>ndr Perepelitsa, told Crimean Solidarity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">In the letter, he claims that no illegal actions were committed against Far<span lang=\"EN-US\">k<\/span>had. He did not provide any other details.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">We remind you<\/span>\u00a0that on November 3, a 22-year-old Crimean Tatar Farhad Sol<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>iev was kidnapped in A<span lang=\"EN-US\">q<\/span>yar (Sevastopol): at 7:50 two people entered the building on\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">Ye<\/span>roshenko Street, 20, and at 8:30 they went outside. A 22 year old Far<span lang=\"EN-US\">k<\/span>had,\u00a0\u00a0was seen with two men, one wearing khaki and the other wearing dark civil clothing. Farhad himself was wearing a light hood<span lang=\"EN-US\">ie<\/span>.
