Crimean Solidarity reports this.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cIn Simferopol, near the building of the FSB Directorate, lawyer Emil Kurbedinov was detained. Employees of the Center for Countering Extremism are taking him to the city police department\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0the message says.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The lawyer&#8217;s wife, Diana Kurbedinova, testified that he was taken away by security forces when he was leaving investigative activities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cEmil called, he was leaving the building after the investigative activities. He was met by the employees of the Center for Countering Extremism Roman Filatov and Ruslan Shambazov and told to\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">proceed<\/span>\u00a0with them\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0she said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">It is known that Emil Kurbedinov was released and a report was drawn up against him under Part 9, Art. 13.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Abuse of freedom of mass information).
