The Holocaust was the persecution and mass extermination of European Jews by the Nazis during World War II.<\/p>\n
In\u00a02007<\/span>, UN General Assembly Resolution 61\/255 was adopted, which strongly recommended that all countries reject any denial of the Holocaust and honor the memory of those killed at the hands of the Nazis.<\/p>\n We all remember. This pain is close to us, because the Crimean Tatar people survived the Deportation in\u00a01944<\/span>\u00a0and, unfortunately, persecution of the Crimean Tatars on ethnic grounds in the occupied Crimea still continues, and with the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, this spread to the newly occupied territories of Ukraine.<\/p>\n Now, more than ever, we must be united to prevent this from happening.
