This was reported by Russian MP Alexander Khinshtein.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cThe bill establishing criminal liability for the illegal use and transfer, collection and storage of personal data is aimed at combating the avalanche-like growth of crimes where this information is used\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0he reports.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The concept of illegal data collection also includes those situations when information is collected from sources that are easy to access.
