Our hearts and eyes cry, but we say only what the Creator is pleased with: \u201cTruly, we all belong to Allah and to Him\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">we<\/span>\u00a0return.\u201d We will miss her dearly\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0she wrote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">We remind you<\/span>\u00a0that on October 11,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2017\">2017<\/span>, in the city of Bakhch<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>sara<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>, the occupiers conducted mass searches in 6 houses of Crimean Tatars &#8211; Marlen Asanov, Seyran Sali<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev, Timur Ibra<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>imov, Memet Belyalov, Ernes<span lang=\"EN-US\">t<\/span>\u00a0Ametov, Server Zekiryaev. Everyone was detained. They were charged under Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation Participation in the activities of an organization that, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, is recognized as terrorist.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On May 21,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2018\">2018<\/span>, in occupied Crimea, Russian security forces conducted searches in the houses of activists of the public association Crimean Solidarity, as a result of which Server Mustafayev and Edem Smailov were detained. They are also accused of participating in the organization Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is banned on the territory of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">In February\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2019\">2019<\/span>, a criminal case was opened against eight defendants in the second Bakhch<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>sarai Hizb ut-Tahrir case &#8211; Marlena Asanov, Seiran Sali<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev, Timur Ibra<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>imov, Memet Belyalov, Ernest Ametov, Server Zekiryaev, Server Mustafa<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>ev and Edem Smailov &#8211; under Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. (Forcible seizure of power or forcible retention of power).<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On March 5, it became known that two defendants in the second Bakhch<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>sarai Hizb ut-Tahrir case &#8211; Timur Ibra<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>imov and Memet Belyalov &#8211; had their charges increased from Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Participation in the activities of a terrorist organization) for part one (Organization of the activities of a terrorist organization).<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc3\">On September 16, the Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don announced the verdict to the defendants in the second Bakhch<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>sarai Hizb ut-Tahrir case.
