Zinedinov Seyran<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Unfortunately, the de facto Kremlin-controlled Crimean authorities create only the appearance of investigating these cases, despite the fact that, in accordance with UN General Assembly Resolution A\/RES\/71\/205, Russia is named an occupying state and is entrusted with responsibility for the observance of human rights in this area\/territories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">CT<\/span>RC employees and experts have repeatedly informed the international community about these flagrant facts of human rights violations at the international platforms of the UN, OSCE, and PACE.
