Today, the appeal court left our complaints unsatisfied, and the decision of the first instance court of the Alushta City Court remained unchanged. I believe that this decision does not comply with the law, it contradicts the actual circumstances\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0the lawyer noted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">According to him, the defense pointed out the presence of gross procedural violations.
