January 23, 2019)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Dil<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>aver\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>afarov (sentence: August 28, 2019)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Edem Kadyrov (sentence: May 31, 2019)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Ayd<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>n Mamutov (sentence &#8211; April 22, 2019)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Nariman Mezhmed<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>nov (sentence &#8211; June 20, 2020)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Medzh<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>t Abl<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>amitov (sentence &#8211; March 24, 2021)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Ibraim Asanov (detained &#8211; January 17, 2023)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">January 25,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2023\">2023<\/span>\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">&#8211;<\/span>\u00a0resident of Sevastopol<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">February 2,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2023\">2023<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0&#8211;<\/span>\u00a0resident of Sevastopol<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">March 13,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2023\">2023<\/span>\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">&#8211;\u00a0<\/span>39-year-old man in Crimea<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">April 14, two Crimean Tatars in Crimea<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On May 30, two Crimeans, 23 and 24 years old<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">During the period of a full-scale war in Ukraine, we recorded 20 arrests of Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians in the territory of the occupied Kherson region:<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On March 4, a resident of the town\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">of<\/span>\u00a0Rykov<span lang=\"EN-US\">e<\/span>, Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional M<span lang=\"EN-US\">e<\/span>jlis of the Crimean Tatar<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0People<\/span>\u00a0Nasrulla Se<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>dal<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>iev<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On March 31, Novo<span lang=\"EN-US\">o<\/span>leks<span lang=\"EN-US\">ii<\/span>vka resident Rustem\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>u<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>ur<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>k was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On April 9, Kherson resident Arsen Ibraimov was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On April 11,\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>enichesk resident Artur Mametshaev was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On April 14, Crimean Tatar Rustem Osmanov was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On May 20, a resident of the village of Azovske, Ruslan Abdurakhmanov, was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On May 25, a resident ofPartisan village\u00a0\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>enichesk region Aider Umerov was arrested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On June 5, a resident of the Kherson region, Memet Dol<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>opolov, was arrested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On June 18, a resident of the village of Novo<span lang=\"EN-US\">o<\/span>leks<span lang=\"EN-US\">ii<\/span>vka, Kherson region, Kost<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ant<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>n Tereshchenko, was arrested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On July 21, a resident of the village\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">of Salkove of<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>eniches<span lang=\"EN-US\">k<\/span>\u00a0region Igor Khalilov<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On July 22, a resident of\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>enichesk,\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">O<\/span>le<span lang=\"EN-US\">ksi<\/span>i K<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>sel<span lang=\"EN-US\">io<\/span>v, was arrested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">In July, Novo<span lang=\"EN-US\">o<\/span>leks<span lang=\"EN-US\">ii<\/span>vka resident Ser<span lang=\"EN-US\">hii<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>ud<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>m was arrested<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On August 12, a resident of\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>enichesk, Crimean Tatar Akim\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>afarov was arrested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">In August, two residents of the Kherson region, Crimean Tatars Khalil Ametov and Mamed Mustafa<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev, were arrested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On March 16, Crimean Tatar Rustem Virati was arrested in Novo<span lang=\"EN-US\">o<\/span>lek<span lang=\"EN-US\">sii<\/span>vka.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On May 25, three people were arrested in the Kherson region.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On September 4, Nariman Abl<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>azov was arrested in\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>enichesk<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On November 1, Khalil Kurtametov was arrested in Novoalekseevka.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">All these people are accused of participating in the Noman \u00c7elebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">We remind you<\/span>\u00a0that on June 1,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2022\">2022<\/span>, the Supreme Court of Russia granted the claim of the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office for the recognition of the Noman \u00c7elebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion as a terrorist organization and a ban on his activities on the territory of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since\u00a02014, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center has recorded 33 arrests on charges of participation in the Noman \u00c7elebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion: 13 in occupied Crimea, 20 in the occupied Kherson region after February 24,\u00a02022.
