{"id":243551,"date":"2023-11-06T16:02:43","date_gmt":"2023-11-06T14:02:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ctrcenter.orgthe-future-of-crimea-six-days-of-painstaking-work-on-the-de-occupation-and-reintegration-of-crimea"},"modified":"2023-11-06T16:02:43","modified_gmt":"2023-11-06T14:02:43","slug":"the-future-of-crimea-six-days-of-painstaking-work-on-the-de-occupation-and-reintegration-of-crimea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ctrcenter.org\/en\/the-future-of-crimea-six-days-of-painstaking-work-on-the-de-occupation-and-reintegration-of-crimea","title":{"rendered":"The Future of Crimea: six days of painstaking work on the de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"xfmc2\">From October 31 to November 5, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, with the support of the Representative Office of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine, held the 2nd Strategic Forum The Future of Crimea.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The event was attended by 20 experienced experts, including representatives of the academic environment of Ukraine, experts from the Expert Network of the Crimean Platform, public figures, journalists, doctors and candidates of legal, geographical, economic, political, sociological, historical and pedagogical sciences.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ctrcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/7-2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ctrcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/3-2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ctrcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/2-3.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ctrcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/1-2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">During the forum, experts analyzed in detail the development of Ukrainian legislation on the reintegration of Crimea in\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2023\">2023<\/span>. Particular attention was paid to the analysis of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Strategy for deoccupation and reintegration of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cMany experts expressed the wish that it is necessary to draw the attention of central executive authorities to a better approach in the formation of such by-laws, since each such document is a road map in the implementation of state policy in these matters. Therefore, general recommendations for this document on form, design and content were developed. Of course, this applies not only to this document, but also to others that are adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0noted Eskender Bar<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>iev.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ctrcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/4-2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">In particular, the experts have prepared a number of recommendations for each area that is in this Plan for the central authorities, as well as for the embassies of states that are participants in the Crimean Platform.
