In addition, among the papers that were found on him was the document Creation of a Center for the provision of administrative services in the village<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0of<\/span>\u00a0Novo<span lang=\"EN-US\">o<\/span>leks<span lang=\"EN-US\">ii<\/span>vka, where the Crimean Tatar Resource Center is indicated. Although public hearings on this topic were held even before the occupation of the Kherson region.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">As a result, Khalil Kurtametov was accused of participating in the battalion, although he had no connections with\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">it<\/span>. In February, Khalil Kurtametov returned home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Earlier, in October\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2022\">2022<\/span>, the K<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>iv district court of occupied Crimea arrested the son of Khalil Kurtametov, Apaz Kurtametov. He is suspected of financing a terrorist organization under Art. 208 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. According to investigators, he lent 500 hryvnia<span lang=\"EN-US\">s<\/span>\u00a0to his friend, who, as Appaz learned after making a money transfer, serves in the Noman \u00c7elebicihan Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion.
