The court refused to postpone the hearing for a day, since all three political prisoners were undergoing forced examination. Despite the fact that the deadlines for consideration of the appeal for the extension of the preventive measure would not have been violated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Relatives of the accused were not allowed to attend the hearing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Let us recall that on August 24, the K<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>iv district court of occupied Crimea placed three Crimean Tatars \u2013 Ruslan Asanov, Ametkhan Umerov and Remzi Nimetula<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev \u2013 in a pre-trial detention center for two months.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">It is known that Remzi Nimetula<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev and Ruslan Asanov were charged under the first part of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and Ametkhan Umerov \u2013 under the second part.
