The forum participants are representatives of the academic environment of Ukraine, experts from the Expert Network of the Crimean Platform, public figures, and journalists. Among the scientists there are doctors and candidates of legal, geographical, economic, political, sociological, historical and pedagogical sciences.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Head<\/span>\u00a0of the Board of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, member of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Eskender Bari<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev congratulated the participants of the event on the start of the forum and briefly spoke about the plan for the upcoming work.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ctrcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cThe topic of de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea should be relevant not only during summits, but should be constantly on the agenda\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0the expert noted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The purpose of the strategic forum is to integrate representatives of the academic environment of Ukraine into the process of de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea, as well as to develop recommendations for the Ukrainian authorities, allies of Ukraine and international organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Within the framework of the II Strategic Forum, experts will analyze the regulations on Crimea adopted during martial law, analyze the implementation of recommendations developed by the I Strategic Forum, and develop new recommendations for the Central Executive Authorities of Ukraine on the issues of de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ctrcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/15.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the first day, Irina Starovitskaya, project manager of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine, told the forum participants about the activities and areas of work of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ctrcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/4.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bor<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>s Babin, in turn, presented a presentation on the analysis of regulations on Crimea adopted since\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2014\">2014<\/span>, and also spoke in more detail about\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2023\">2023<\/span>.
