Along with the summons, the occupiers increased fines for failure to appear on summons 10 times – from 3 to 30 thousand.<\/p>\n
Indeed, the Russian authorities are trying to attract young Crimeans into the ranks of the Russian army as much as possible. They are promised service within the Crimea. Unfortunately, this misleads many people, creating the illusion that military service is safe.<\/p>\n
