In Stro<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>on<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>vka, Simferopol district, five representatives of the indigenous Crimean Tatar people were detained &#8211; Uzeir Abdullaev, Teymur Abdullaev, Rustem Ismailov, Emil Dzhemadenov and A<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>der Saledinov. They were accused of participating in the organization Hizb ut-Tahrir, banned on the territory of the Russian Federation, and are charged with Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organizing the activities of a terrorist organization and participating in it).<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">After many years of illegal trials, on June 18,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2019\">2019<\/span>, the North Caucasus District Military Court of the Russian Federation passed sentences on the defendants in the Simferopol Hizb ut-Tahrir case.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Teymur Abdullaev was sentenced to 17 years in a maximum security colony with restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year and 6 months, Rustem Ismailov &#8211; to 14 years, Uzeir Abdullaev &#8211; to 13 years, A<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>der Saledinov and Emil Dzhemadenov &#8211; to 12 years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">On December 24,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2019\">2019<\/span>, the Supreme Court in Moscow reduced the prison terms to figurants of Simferopol Hizb ut-Tahrir case by 6 months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seven years ago, on October 12,\u00a02016, Russian security forces, as a result of mass searches in the village.
