His publication Ter<span lang=\"EN-US\">c<\/span>iman-Translator, which was the first Turkic-language newspaper, existed for 35 years, from\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"1883\">1883<\/span>\u00a0to April\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"1918\">1918<\/span>.
