By such actions you are signing your own death sentence!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The KRC warns the entire composition of the draft commission for the mobilization of citizens in Krasnoperekopsk:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Burlaka Oleg &#8211; chairman of the draft commission;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oleinik Oleg &#8211; deputy chairman of the draft commission;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yesenia Lyashenko &#8211; secretary of the draft commission;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Irioglu Irina &#8211; employee of the department of education, youth and sports of the administration of the city of Krasnoperekopsk, Republic of Crimea;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ovsienko Yuri &#8211; employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Semenyuk Marina \u2013 employee of the State Treasury Institution of the Republic of Crimea Employment Center in the city of Armiansk, the city of Krasnoperekopsk and the Krasnoperekopsk region;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sidalieva Niyara\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0doctor who directs the work of the commission for the medical examination of citizens subject to conscription for military service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We remind you that organizing and participating in the implementation of the so-called mobilization on the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea is a violation of international humanitarian law, namely Art. 51 of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War (IV Geneva Convention), as well as Art. 438 Violation of the laws and customs of war\u00a0of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This war crime has no statute of limitations and responsibility for its commission will come sooner or later. Just as, decades after the end of World War II, the Nazis were brought to justice for the war crimes they committed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Think about it!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soon Crimea, like Kherson, will be liberated and justice will certainly be restored.
