Their lawyers informed Crimean Solidarity about this.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Seidamet Mustafa<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev, Eldar Yakubov, Abdulmedzh<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>t Seitumerov, Ruslan Asanov, Ametkhan Umerov and Remzi Nimetula<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev were left in pre-trial detention until October 23,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2023\">2023<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Safi<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>e Shabanova, representing the interests of Se<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>damet Mustafa<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev, noted that her client should be placed under house arrest because he has a large family.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The court also did not accept Mustafa<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev\u2019s arguments that he led a quiet lifestyle and was not seen in conflicts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Lawyer Refat Yunus insisted that the investigation did not provide sufficient evidence to send Ruslan Asanov to a pre-trial detention center. Letters do not reach Asanov.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Edem Semedl<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>a<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev noted that the court did not accept a single argument regarding choosing a different preventive measure for his client, Ametkhan Umerov.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Emil Kurbedinov, who defends Abdulmedzhit Seitumerov, noted: FSB employees provided materials that do not correspond to reality.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme court of Crimea rejected the complaint about the release from arrest of six Crimean Tatar activists from Bakhchysarai.
