Lawyer Edem Semedl<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>a<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev told Crimean Solidarity about this.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">After delivering 23 Crimean Tatars to the police<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0department<\/span>, a military commissar of the Republican Military Commissariat arrived under the pretext of\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">renewing<\/span>\u00a0data. At the same time, he issued summonses to all the detainees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cWe believe that this is a means of intimidation, pressure and a discriminatory approach towards everyone who arrived at the courts today\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0said lawyer Lil<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>a\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">H<\/span>emedzhi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">She noted that all factors indicate that the security forces want to prevent them from supporting compatriots, prevent them from getting to the courts, which are held behind closed doors, and where people who have nothing to do with terrorism are arrested under articles on terrorism.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">All the detainees were left overnight in a temporary detention center in different cities of Crimea. All the detainees were taken into one room, it was stuffy and hot there. He has a bypass heart, after a massive heart attack and now his blood pressure has risen. He says that he was sick, thrown into sweat. Lawyer Edem Semedl<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>a<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev called an ambulance for him.\u00a0 Doctors arrived, examined him, measured his blood pressure &#8211; it really was high. They gave a pill and left. It is now 1:30 a.m., he left the house in the morning and is still on his feet, in the police\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0says Lutfi<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>e Zudi<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>eva, daughter of Remzi Zudi<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ev.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Administrative protocols and case materials will be transferred to the K<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>iv district court of the city of Aqmescit (Simferopol).
