Her father, Bronislav Dan<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>lov<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>ch, told Crimean Solidarity about this.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Dan<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>lov<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>ch sent several complaints to the name of the prosecutor of the Republic of Crimea, Ole<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>\u00a0Kamsh<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>lov.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cIn the pre-trial detention center, as in ordinary life, there is a special category of people who exalt themselves so much above any law in their unlimited power. And if an upstart appears who decides that she has some rights in the pre-trial detention center, then there is a very simple way to silence the upstart. To do this, it is enough to ignore all her appeals, and destroy applications to higher authorities, and not send them to the addressee\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-\u00a0<\/span>wrote Ir<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>na Dan<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>lov<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>ch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">She wrote six letters to her lawyer Oksana Zhelezn<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>ak about her state of health, but only one came through in three months.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cThey were not sent purposefully in order to hide the negligence on the part of the employees of the Medical Unit 91 and, directly, the head of the medical unit, Igor Tsarkov, which led to irreversible consequences for my health, and also hides real data about my well-being and symptoms\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0Ir<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>na Dan<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>lov<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>ch is convinced.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">From March to June, Ir<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>na Dan<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>lov<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>ch asked the head A.V. Lutsenko to call his father. The request was ignored.
