This was reported by the ASTRA Telegram channel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">According to media footage, there is a basement in the village of R<span lang=\"EN-US\">oz<\/span>sypne, Tro<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>itsk<span lang=\"EN-US\">e<\/span>\u00a0district, Luhansk region, which is used as an illegal prison. The video shows the soldiers lying and sitting on planks or concrete floors, using bottles instead of toilets.
