representative body of the Crimean Tatar people.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cWe have taken the second step to consolidate the Legal Status of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0said Eskender Bariiev,\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">Head<\/span>\u00a0of the Board of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, member of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The documents were submitted in accordance with paragraph\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">6<\/span>\u00a0of clause 5 of the Procedure for securing the legal status of the representative body of the indigenous people of Ukraine and depriving it of such status, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 936 dated August
