This was reported by lawyer Ser<span lang=\"EN-US\">hi<\/span>i Danilovich Zayets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cDetention without drawing up a protocol or any registration of this fact, detention without communication with the outside world, without access to a lawyer, in the basement of the local department of the FSB, the use of torture. These are all violations of fundamental human rights.
