In particular, the sanctions list included persons whose information was sent by experts from the Crimean Tatar Resource Center to Ukrainian state bodies, including the Security Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The restrictions are in place for five years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Let us recall that earlier the experts of the Crimean Tatar Resource Center developed a list of 166 persons who violate human rights in the occupied Crimea. In addition, a classification of persons involved in the persecution of political prisoners, their relatives and Crimean activists was presented:<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">FSB officers<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Prosecutors<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Judges<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Court clerks<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Experts\/doctors<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Advocates by Appointment<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Other officials (ministries, Ministry of Emergency Situations, investigatory committee, etc.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">A detailed list of persons involved in human rights violations in the occupied Crimea can be found in our clickable chart.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">In addition, in\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2021\">2021<\/span>, the C<span lang=\"EN-US\">T<\/span>RC prepared and handed over a list of 50 persons involved in human rights violations in the occupied Crimea to representatives of countries that have a law similar to the Magnitsky Act with a request to include them in the sanctions lists &#8211; the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Estonia, Latvia , Lithuania and the EU, as well as 5 meetings were held with foreign embassies on this issue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>President Volodymyr Zelenskyy enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of June 11,\u00a02023\u00a0On the application and amendment of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions).
