Kyiv accuses Moscow of numerous and systematic violations of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. In April\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2017\">2017<\/span>, the International Court of Justice decided to apply provisional measures against the actions of the Russian Federation in the occupied Crimea. In September\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2018\">2018<\/span>, the Russian Federation submitted objections to the International Court of Arbitration regarding the jurisdiction of the tribunal. On June 3,\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2019\">2019<\/span>, the International Court of Justice began to consider the objections of the Russian Federation regarding the jurisdiction of the court in the Ukraine v. Russia case.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Later, the International Court of Justice published a Ukrainian memorandum documenting the violation by the Russian Federation of the Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
