This was reported by his lawyer Safi<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>e Shabanova to<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0the<\/span>\u00a0Crimean Solidarity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">court session<\/span>\u00a0began with a delay, since Oleksandr Syzykov was at an emergency appointment with the dentist because of the flux. The judge commented on this with the phrase: &#8220;plan your flux\u00a0 after courtsessions&#8221;. During the debate, he stopped Syzykov several times, stating that he doesn&#8217;t speak on the topic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">After the debate, the court announced that it gives\u00a0 three defendants the right to the last word. Seyran\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">Kh<\/span>a<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>re<span lang=\"EN-US\">t<\/span>d<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>nov and Alim Suf<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>anov delivered the final speeches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Suf<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>anov said that he had nothing to do with terrorism and demanded that all charges\u00a0 to be withdrawn from him.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cThe only place where I appear is a video of my work, where I was cutting FSB officer who was conducting video surveillance, which I did not even know about. But there is nothing illegal on my part in the video\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0Alim Suf<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>anov said in\u00a0 the court.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Seyran\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">Kh<\/span>a<span lang=\"EN-US\">i<\/span>re<span lang=\"EN-US\">t<\/span>d<span lang=\"EN-US\">y<\/span>nov recalled the events of\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"1944\">1944<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cThe events of today are a continuation of that terrible story, only in the place of our grandparents were their grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and the label of traitors was changed to a new, modern label of terrorists\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">Syzykov prepared his text in Braille because he has a visual disability of the first group.
