An additional burden is the culture of impunity for such violations that prevails on the peninsula\u201d,- said Dunja Mijatovi\u0107.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The report details the numerous human rights violations committed against Crimean Tatars, especially after the occupation of Crimea by the Russian Federation in\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2014\">2014<\/span>, as well as Russia\u2019s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2022\">2022<\/span>. In addition, special attention in this report is given to illegal mobilization on the peninsula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Let us recall that the Crimean Tatar Resource Center closely cooperated with the Commissioner of the Council of Europe for Human Rights, Ms. Dunja Mijatovi\u0107, and the staff of her office. The experts of the CTRC have repeatedly taken part in thematic meetings, where they talked about the main trends, dynamics and number of offenses on the peninsula during the period of the occupation of Crimea, as well as during the period of Russia&#8217;s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In addition, we paid great attention to the problem of the illegal forced mobilization of Crimean residents into the Russian army to participate in the war against Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">In February\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2023\">2023<\/span>, the CRRC experts provided recommendations for a report on human rights violations, which had already been prepared by the office of the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">We are sincerely grateful to the Commissioner for Human Rights
