This was reported by the Russian state agency TASS with reference to the Southern District Military Court.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cA court hearing has been scheduled for April 18. Kru<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>lov is charged under Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 275 (Preparation for treason) and part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Participation in the activities of a terrorist organization)\u201d<span lang=\"EN-US\">,-<\/span>\u00a0the report says.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">The Russian state agency TASS claims that in July\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2018\">2018<\/span>, home-made devices made by him with impressive elements disguised as a thermos and a bottle were found in Kru<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>lov\u2019s apartment. Therefore, in June\u00a0<span data-ukrnet-code=\"2019\">2019<\/span>, the Alushta City Court found Albert Kru<span lang=\"EN-US\">h<\/span>lov guilty of illegal manufacture, storage and carrying of improvised explosive devices, as well as public calls for extremist activities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">There are no comments on this score from the accused or his defense.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xfmc2\">\u201cAlso being a supporter of pagan ideology, he published a message from his page on social networks containing calls for violent actions against a group of people on the basis of religious affiliation.
