Mustafayev was forced to invite a notary to receive a notarized power of attorney, which includes: the cost of train tickets, to and from the place, a taxi in the direction of Michurinsk-Tambov and back, the cost of the power of attorney and the departure of the notary, as well as preliminary consultation with a lawyer.
